Use of this website
This website is for the use of persons of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. By placing an order for delivery, you acknowledge that you are over 18.
A valid ID (passport/ proof of age card/ photo driving licence) of the purchaser will be required upon delivery. If none is available then a redelivery charge may apply.
All products are subject to availability. If there are any problems with fulfilling your order, we will contact you within 2 working days.
All prices shown exclude delivery. Delivery is charged at £10 per 20 kilos or part thereof. We will try wherever possible to amalgamate items within an order to reduce delivery costs, although in some cases this may not be possible.
Orders are normally dispatched by courier within 5 working days of receipt. Orders will normally be delivered between 8.00 - 5.00 Monday to Friday.
If nobody is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a card, and the purchaser is then responsible for arranging redelivery or collection direct with the courier. If all attempts by the courier to deliver the goods have failed, Bristol Cider Shop will not be liable for any additional delivery costs.
The purchaser may elect to have the goods delivered to an address other than his or her home address (for example if it is a gift) although the same terms apply and the recipient must be able to prove that they are over 18.

We strive to get the best quality ciders to your door by using specialist couriers and packaging. However, on occasion, breakages may occur or goods may be incorrectly despatched or faulty.
If you are not happy with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We will be happy to collect any damaged or faulty goods and offer to either refund the value of the faulty goods or to replace them.
Any breakages, shortfalls or missing orders must be reported on delivery. Please report any discrepancies to the delivery driver and contact us on (0117) 929 3203.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of goods. You may return any non-food items or unopened cases of bottles for a full refund of the value of the goods. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the items are faulty or have been incorrectly despatched.
If you would like to return any items, please contact us on (0117) 929 3203 or email@example.com and we will arrange for collection by our courier - the cost of which will be deducted from the value of the refund. We will refund the balance to your credit/ debit card within 5 working days.
Unfortunately due to the nature of draught products, you are not able to return draught cider or perry unless it is faulty or has been incorrectly despatched. Similarly you are not able to return opened cases of bottles unless they are faulty or have been incorrectly despatched.
