Fruity, sparkling, medium cider made from bittersweet Dabinett apples, matured for a year in oak barrels then sweetened with apple juice. Named Supreme Champion at the British Cider Awards 2018. A classic sunshine cider if there was one.
Made by Harry Fry and son Toby on their farm in Long Sutton, from orchards planted by Harry's grandfather. The family moved from dairy farming to cider production in order to become more sustainable and discovered a talent for making excellent cider!
