Enjoy the delights of a fermentation collaboration! We'll be joined by Robin Slater from The Pickled Brisket to talk about the process and benefits of fermented food followed by a cider tasting exploring different fermentation methods. Finish the evening with a classic Pickled Brisket sandwich accompanied by delicious house ferments!

Please arrive at 7.25 for a 7.30 start. We start at 7.30 sharp and we have lots to fit in so we won't be able to go back over any ciders that you miss. If you're late we'll just drink your share... no, really, we will!
