Pilton Somerset Keeved Cider

Award-winning, medium-dry, keeved cider from fresh-pressed, bittersweet, cider apples. 'Keeving' is an artisan method for making naturally sweet cider. Late season apples are pressed and pectin is released which is then removed, starving the yeast of its nutrients. This causes the wild yeast fermentation to stop early, creating a light and fruity cider with a natural sweetness.
