This is our pick of the very best medium-dry ciders in the UK. It features cider from six of the best cider-makers in the West Country, plus one of our now famous 'I Love Cider' stickers. They are all around 6%, a nicely balanced mix of fruit, acidity and tannin and are great examples of how craft cider should be made.
We put together our mixed cases from the best ciders that are available throughout the year so they are liable to change but will typically include most or all of these:
Burrow Hill (6%) Somerset
As served on the legendary Somerset Cider Bus at Glastonbury Festival.
Hunt's Thrasher (6.2%) Devon
A new addition to our stable from one of the oldest cider producers in Devon.
Pearson's No. 2 (6.1%) Gloucestershire
Clear, lightly-sparkling, intensely appley cider 'made slow' in Gloucestershire.
Perry's Owl (5.5%) Somerset
Cloudy, full-flavoured, traditional cider brought up to date with great branding.
Taunton Vintage (6%) Somerset
Easy-drinking, crisp, vintage cider from one of the best know names in cider.
Worley's Red Hen (6.2%) Somerset
Award-Winning blend of early-season bittersweet apples with a spicy finish.
As with all of our cider, everything is made from 100% fresh-pressed juice by award-winning producers on traditional cider farms and is very different to the cider that you might find in the pub or supermarket.
Supplied as 6 different ciders (2 of each in the case of 12) in 500ml bottles.
Serve chilled, perfect with strong cheeses, cold meats and big spicy flavours.
