A label and name themed case this Month, our Flyers Case is simply a selection of ciders with things that fly on the label! So you will get quite a random mix of styles and new producers too, each case includes:

Ad Astra ‘Vulcan’ – Somerset, Medium 5.9%

Paul started Ad Astra cider after a career in the RAF hence it’s name, and his ciders are named after iconic aircraft. Vulcan is a blend of Dabinett, Yarlington and Major, and a surprise splash of Bramley for a zesty and refreshing cider named after this famous V Wing bomber.

Tricky Cider UFO – Somerset,  Medium 5%

Matt has recently moved off the Blackdown Hills into the magic cider triangle around Glastonbury, and UFO is from one of his Unidentified Forgotten Orchard, where the varieties are unknown, but the cider is outstanding. Fermented very dry, but c]back-sweetened with apple juice, expect a big appley hit and a balanced finish.

Just Pressed ‘Astro’ – Gloucester, Dry 4.8%

Founded by Gloucester and Italy Rugby star, Jake Polledri, ‘Astro’ is their brand new release Dry sparkling cider. Crisp with a dry finish, not too dry and not too strong, but very drinkable indeed.

Perry’s ‘Grey Heron’ – Somerset, Medium-Sweet 4.8%

Legend’s of the Somerset cider scene, and famed for their gorgeous collectible labels, ‘Grey Heron’ is their sweetest cider, a simple blend of Dabinett with Redstreak for the natural sweetness, a lovely warm weather cider served chilled

Bumble Bee Cider – Oxfordshire, Medium 4.5%

The lads have a lot of fun with BumbleBee as you will see from their socials. Based on the Thames, but using Somerset cider apples to make their original and best cider, a robust and tannic medium, very refreshing indeed.

Chew Valley ‘Blackbird’– Somerset, 4.5% Medium Alex has only been making Blackbird for a couple of years, and we have been trying to fit it into a case for a while now, and here it is, a great, easy drinking proper Somerset cider.

Award-Winning Craft Cider
2x UK Cider Retailer Of The Year
10 Years in Retail
100% Fresh Pressed Juice
Vegan & Gluten Free
Made in the UK
Bristol Cider Shop is the original independent cider shop in the UK, founded in 2010, to provide a range of craft ciders to both cider-loving and cider-curious Bristolians. Whilst some of the early history may be a bit hazy, due to a whirlwind of product tastings, having fun and learning about good (and bad) cider, the business moved online in 2011, to spread the word even wider. From the original shop, via the foodie hub of Harbourside, in 2020 we decided to focus online, to make proper cider available across the land. Along the way we were honoured to be awarded UK Independent Cider Retailer of the Year 2015 and 2018.

How quickly will I get my order?

We will ship all orders in 2 working days maximum, often next day.  Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.

Can I request delivery for a specific day?

Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery for a specific date, but will try our best to delay it if needed for a future date. Just add a note to checkout.

What happens If I am not in?

Because we are shipping a Licensed product (alcohol), parcels wont normally be left safe. One of 3 things will happen:

1. It will be delivered to a neighbour and signed for - the tracking will show a photo

2. Delivery will be attempted 2 more times to you

3. It will be taken to your local Post Office for you to collect, and a card left through your letterbox.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £5.95 for most of UK for your first case and then £2.95 for additional ones. Rather than hiding the delivery cost in the product price and offering free delivery (there’s no such thing as free delivery!) we’d rather be transparent about the cost of the product and the cost of the delivery.

Are there any places you cannot ship?

We currently only ship within the UK. Delivery to UK islands, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands postcodes may cost extra - delivery charges will be displayed at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot now deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands - apologies. Nor can we ship outside the UK.

I live in Bristol. Can I collect?

Unfortunately our licence doesn’t allow us to have customer collections on site so we can only take orders for delivery, sorry! Watch this space though for Summer 2024.

How can I track my order?

When we ship your order, you should receive an email from us containing a tracking code from our couriers . The quickest way to track your parcel is to follow the tracking link and this will show you the status of your delivery in real time. This will also allow you to change any delivery details if you need to. If you have any further problems, please email us at queries@bristolcidershop.co.uk and we will do our best to help. Sorry we don't have a phone number.

Can I add a Gift Message?

Yes you can, simply add it in at checkout and we will include it on a card. No paperwork is included in the boxes, so no pricing information is given out.
