Fine Cider

Fine cider is a term used to describe larger 750ml (Champagne) style bottles, often produced by bottle-fermenting or bottle-conditioning. This produces a mature, well-rounded, complex, premium cider. A great alternative to Champagne and Prosecco and half the alcohol.
